Hotel Saikrupa has good-natured and well-trained staff such as managers, receptionist, supervisors, and housekeeping captains. We have trained cooks, who prepare different types of delicious dishes. We have enough staff looking after room service and restaurant. Each staff is an honest, sincere and hardworking individual.
 
Mr. Amol Kotasthane, the son of the Managing Director - Dr. Avinash Kotasthane, is working as the Manager. He has done 3 years Govt. Diploma of Travel and Tourism Major in the Hotel Management. He joined Hotel Saikrupa, after 2 years of related industry-working experience in Pune and Mumbai. He is an active family member looking after the hotel management and other activities.
 
Mrs. Avanti Kotasthane is in-charge of hotel customer care and accounts. Mr. Joshi is the supervisor and primarily handles front office & reception. There is team work and all staff of Hotel Saikrupa are very co-operative.
 
Room-boys of the hotel are very honest and are renowned for this. Hotel Saikrupa has very stringent selection criteria while selecting our room-boys. They usually come from near-by villages and take pride in what they are doing. 80% of the hotel staff is with the hotel for more than 5 years. Due to coordination & honesty of the staff, we often are able to return back the precious valuables forgotten by our guests!
 
Mrs. Anjali Kotasthane keeps personal attention towards the hotel. She manages to keep homely atmosphere in hotel with the help of all the staff. A well-educated lady like her manages all the provisioning, purchasing, restaurant menu selection and adds a guests-care-oriented attitude to our hotel.

Hotel Saikrupa, has two partners, i.e. Managing Director, Dr. Avinash S. Kotasthane, professionally a doctor, is practising at Shirdi since 1970. The other partner, Mr. Anand Kotasthane has Masters degree in Information Technology from Australia and is a renowned IT consultant in Singapore and India.

Dr. Avinash Kotasthane, the founder of Hotel Saikrupa, is a well-known personality in Shirdi and Ahmednagar district. He is serving his patients for more than 35 years now. He practices medicine more for a social cause – especially for those who are very poor and under-privileged in the society. He has been the guide, mentor, coach to many residents of Shirdi and around Shirdi because of his friendly and very helpful nature. He is well respected by the hotel owners of Shirdi and is seen as a role model.
 
Mrs. Anjali Avinash Kotasthane is also a well known and sought after personality, especially among the ladies of Shirdi. She has been a member of Shirdi Gram Panchayat. She devotes time for social events for ladies in Shirdi and has been the President of Mahila mandal for several years. She also practices Reiki and has great understanding of Adhyatma.
 
The father and the grandfather of Dr. Avinash Kotasthane were in Shirdi at the time of Shree Saibaba during the period of 1910 to 1918. Dr. Avinash Kotasthane’s grandfather was a Government officer posted at Shirdi.
 
Father of Dr. A.S. Kotasthane, late Shree. Sadashiv Shankar Kotasthane was a famous Ayurvedic medical practitioner at Ahmednagar cantonment and has treated many freedom fighters including Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. He came to Shirdi as per Shree Saibaba's "DRUSTHANTA" and lived in Saibaba’s cloak-room, performing his duty like "SEVA" of Shree Saibaba. He was in Shirdi from 1953 till he passed away in 1969. The whole family migrated in Shirdi in 1954 and from that time, the family is progressing with the blessings of Shree Saibaba.
 
The elder brother of Dr. Avinash Kotasthane - Late Shree. Mukund S. Kotasthane was also a doctor. His service for the poor earned him a nickname as "Garibancha Doctor".
 
The whole family has tremendous faith in Shree Saibaba and his great blessings. Due to the blessings and aashirwad of Saibaba, the family is successfully running Hotel Saikrupa for last 20 years.
